Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the The Creator Cavern Dashboard hosted portal and local companion app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Beta service and platform rules

The Creator Cavern Dashboard is a beta tool. Features depend on eligibility, approval, API access, quotas, and policies set by TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. You must follow each platform’s rules. Features may change or stop working when a platform changes its service.

Your content and responsibilities

You keep ownership of your content. You confirm that you own it or have permission to publish it, and that your posts are lawful and do not infringe anyone else’s rights. You are responsible for captions, audience settings, timing, and the final content sent to each platform.

Local scheduling requirements

Scheduled media stays in the dedicated folder on your computer. The file must remain there and your computer and The Creator Cavern Dashboard companion must be running and connected at the scheduled time. Moving, renaming, or deleting the file may prevent publishing. If you select automatic deletion after posting, the media may be permanently removed; use “Save for later” when you want it retained.

Instagram Trial Reels

Eligible Instagram professional accounts can publish Trial Reels through Meta's official Content Publishing API. The dashboard sends the selected manual or performance-based graduation strategy. Instagram controls eligibility, distribution, and whether automatic graduation occurs.

Free service and availability

The service is intended to operate within free service tiers, but third-party quotas and limits apply and may change. We do not promise unlimited capacity, uninterrupted availability, or that every post will publish at its requested time. You should verify important posts on the destination platform.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your password and connected accounts secure and notify us of suspected misuse. Do not use the service for spam, harassment, illegal content, unauthorized access, platform manipulation, malware, or attempts to bypass platform or service limits. Access may be limited or ended to protect users, the service, or third parties.

Third-party services

Cloudflare, Google/Gmail, GitHub, Discord, and connected social platforms are independent services governed by their own terms and policies. The Creator Cavern Dashboard is not responsible for their outages, account decisions, policy changes, or content moderation.

Disclaimer and limits

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the extent allowed by law. To the extent allowed by law, The Creator Cavern Dashboard and its creators are not liable for lost content, missed posts, platform actions, lost revenue, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes and contact
