Privacy Policy

The Creator Cavern Dashboard helps streamers prepare and schedule posts across supported social platforms. This policy explains what information the hosted portal and local companion app use.

Information we collect

We collect the account information you provide, such as your username, email address, encrypted password, role, and settings. We also record posting statistics and limited delivery metadata, such as the platform, result, and time of a post. If Discord reporting is enabled, the linked webhook or channel configuration is stored in encrypted form.

Media and connected accounts

The hosted portal does not keep your scheduled media library. Scheduled photos and videos remain in the local The Creator Cavern Dashboard folder on your computer, except for a short-lived transfer when a supported platform requires the file for publishing. Social OAuth tokens, publishing schedules, and related connection data are handled primarily by the local companion app and are used only to perform actions you request.

Read-only statistics and analytics

When you connect statistics, the hosted service stores your account identifier, display name, encrypted read-only OAuth credentials, and available post identifiers and timestamps. These connections are separate from desktop publishing accounts and synchronize your counts between the app and website. If you enable analytics, we also store available engagement totals on those posts and periodic follower-count snapshots to show net growth. We do not collect a list of individual followers. You can unlink statistics in Analytics to stop collection and remove the stored connection credentials; saved statistical history remains for your reports. Availability depends on each provider’s permissions, account eligibility, and API access.

How we use information

We use information to provide accounts, authentication, password recovery, publishing, scheduling, statistics, role-based administration, support, security, and Discord reports you enable. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use third-party services only as needed to operate the tool, including Cloudflare for hosting and data storage, Google/Gmail for password-reset email, GitHub for software downloads, the social platforms you connect for publishing, and Discord when you enable its integration. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply.

Security, retention, and deletion

We use reasonable technical safeguards, including password hashing, secure sessions, limited OAuth scopes, and encryption for sensitive integration data. No system can guarantee absolute security. Account and statistics data are retained while needed to provide the service and maintain historical reports. You may request account deletion or help with your data by emailing us.

To request deletion of your Creator Cavern account or data obtained from Facebook, Instagram, or Threads, email thecreatorcaverntv@gmail.com from your account email address. Include your Creator Cavern username, the connected platform, and whether you want to delete your full account or only the associated platform data. Please do not include passwords or access tokens.

Children

The Creator Cavern Dashboard is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
